Our Leisure Club has two physical trainers on board, ready to help you meet your fitness and training goals. To schedule sessions, please email or ring the Club. Please note these sessions are not available on demand and must be pre-booked. 

PERSONAL TRAINING

  • Beatrice delivers unique training sessions based on each client’s goals and background, specialising in Adapted Physical Activities. Each of her sessions include a warm-up, training, and cool down where you discuss your experience and set goals for your next session. Beatrice prides herself on creating personalised, realistic and attainable goals. She provides sessions to increase strength, mobility, core stability, including plans for pre- and post-natal training and senior citizens. 

  • Ben's goal as a personal trainer is to help you reclaim your vitality and embrace the best years of your life. With over two decades of experience specialising in health, wellness and fitness, Ben’s philosophy lies in his passion to help you feel stronger, more vibrant and more alive – with a firm belief your journey is much more than just “getting in shape”. He works with clients to create a personalised training plan, tailored to each client’s fitness level and needs.
