  • Beatrice delivers unique training sessions based on each client’s goals and background, specialising in Adapted Physical Activities. Each of her sessions include a warm-up, training, and cool down where you discuss your experience and set goals for your next session. Beatrice prides herself on creating personalised, realistic and attainable goals. She provides sessions to increase strength, mobility, core stability, including plans for pre- and post-natal training and senior citizens.
